When will my order ship?
Most orders ship from Las Vegas within 3-4 business days of your order placement. Please allow additional processing time for custom or international orders.
How do you ship orders?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/PO BOX?
Yes. Orders will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.
Do you ship to U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)?
Yes. We exclusively use USPS to ship to these locations.
How do I track my order?
Please contact Customer Service for assistance with tracking your order.
Will proof of delivery be required for my order?
Proof of delivery may be required for purchases $500+.
International Orders
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International orders ship via USPS. Shipments may take up to 4 weeks to deliver depending on location.
Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the responsibility of the recipient.
