RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Customized jerseys, traded/retired players, any product with a date(or year) and sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax will be credited to the original form of payment. Shipping is non-refundable. Here are the basic steps:
1. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
2. Print your return label using our Return Portal.
3. All products must be returned in original condition, in original packaging (whenever possible), and with all tags attached.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5. Keep the Return Tracking Number handy to ensure that the package is returned safely to Aces Team Shop.
6. Anticipate a refund to the original form of payment. Shipping costs will be returned if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or if the order was damaged/defective.
7. Items purchased in-store from the Team Shop at Aces HQ or in-game must be accompanied with a proof of purchase. Aces Team Shop is not responsible for the shipping and handling of returns from in-store or in-game purchases.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please return the item(s) using the standard return procedure listed above, receive a refund, and place a new order for the desired replacement item(s).
